By using the online reservation facility through this website, the “Guest/Hirer” has agreed to the Terms & conditions as mentioned below:

Reservation Procedure

  • Reservation must be emailed to info@seminyakstarvillas.com or sales@seminyakstarvillas.com
  • Guest name and detail of arrival and departure shall follow every booking.
  • Seminyak Star Villa Management will confirm your booking and issue you with an email confirmation
  • The confirmation of each room is subject to room availability and “first-come-first-served” basis

Price

  • The room prices mentioned in the Site exclude prevailing taxes and service charges
  • The rates can be offered in term of nightly, weekly, monthly and yearly
  • The Villa Management reserves the right to charge the prices listed on the Site at anytime without prior notice
  • All the rates listed in the Site in US Dollar (USD), it will be converted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) based on the Bank Indonesia currency’s exchange rate at the time of transaction

PAYMENT :

  • One night deposit (100% of the first night) should be settled at time of booking confirmation to guarantee the booking definitely and the balance payment should be settled latest by 7 days (low season)
  • During High/Peak Season , 50% deposit of the total reservation should be settled when making booking confirmation and the balance payment should be paid latest by 14 days prior to arrival.
  • An electronic reservation receipt (voucher) for every booking confirmation will be e-mailed to the email addressed provided by the client accordingly.
  • We accept payments by Visa & MasterCard or by US Dollar Bank Wire Transfers. For Bank Wire Transfer payments we require the full rental charge amount to be received in our Bank Account. Any bank wire transfer fees are to be applied to senders bank account including correspondent bank charges. Please send the copy of your Bank Wire Transfer payment document via email to info@seminyakstarvillas.com; sales@seminyakstarvillas.com
  • All payment with Bank Transfer is payable in net amount to our Bank Account to

  • Once transaction has been already processed it is non-refundable, except any approval from the Director/Owner

1. with PayPal

  • For reservation made via the Sites and paid with PayPal, the full amount of the booking is pre-pared to the hotel at time of booking
  • An electronic reservation receipt (voucher) for every reservation will be e-mailed to the client as per the email addressed provided by the client at time of reservation, which it must be attended upon arrival at the hotel
  • The Villa Management reserves the right to reject the PayPal transaction if it is any reasonable doubt of the authenticity of the payment
  • Refund, if any, will be made to the PayPal account where the payment originated from. The hotel cannot be liable for any fee and/or charge incur for purpose of such refund
  • Transactions paid with PayPal will be charged in US Dollar (USD) as displayed in the website booking pages

2 . With Credit Card

  • The Payment by Credit Card Debit Authorization is available by Visa and MasterCard
  • A Credit Card surcharge of 2.5% applies for Visa and MasterCard payments.
  • For all Credit Card Transactions must be supported with a photocopy of your own validity Credit Card (both front and back) with the Credit card numbers printed clearly, a photocopy of your own passport picture page, together with a signed Debit Authorization Form, returned by e-mail to enable us to complete a Credit Card transaction. Due to national law, settlement by credit card is charged in local currency(Rupiah/IDR)at time of transaction
  • The Villa Management reserves the rights to pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival
  • In compliance to the applicable laws and regulation of Republic of Indonesia, all transaction will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah(IDR) based on the Bank Indonesia’s exchange rate at time of transaction
  • We reserves the rights to cancel or modify reservations where appears that a customer has engaged fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

  • Low Season (6 January-30 June & 1 September-20 December): during low season, if cancelled or modified the booking is made up to 7 days before arrival, it only charge for one night (100% of the first night) as cancellation fee. However, if canceled less than 7 days before arrival and or in case of now-show booking it is charged at 100% of total reservation.
  • High Season & Peak Season ( 1 July-31 August & 21 December-5 January): during High/Peak season, if cancelled or modified the booking is made up to 30 days before arrival, it only charge for one night (100% of the first night) as cancellation fee. But if canceled or modified booking less than 30 days before arrival and or in case of now-show booking it is charged at 100% of total reservation.

CHECK –IN & CHECKOUT TIME / DAY-USE:

Check-in Time

  • Official check in time is 2:00 pm (local time)
  • Early check-in is subject to availability (not guaranteed)
Check-out Time:
  • The official checkout time is 12:00 noon (local time)
  • For the courtesy of our next expected arrival guests, who have booked the same room, we would expect the guest to vacant the room on time.
  • Any late check-out and or extended stay should be informed in advance and confirm subject to availability .
  • Day use until 6pm is subject to 50% of the nightly rate, after 6 pm which it will be charged one full night.

FAMILY PLAN /CHILDREN POLICY

  • One Child under 10 years old sharing same room/bed with his/her parents is FREE OF CHARGE
  • One child between 6 years and 10 years old with folded rollaway/extra mattress and sharing a room with his/her parents (Prefer in Masteroom /main room),he/she will be charged at IDR 350,000++ per extra-bed/mattress per night
  • 2 Children under 10 years old are allowed to share with parents (Prefer in Masteroom /main room), with conditions; 1st child is Free Of Charge (without extra-bed), however the 2nd child with an folded extrabed/mattress is charged at IDR 350,000++ per extrabed/mattress per night
  • Baby cot is available with charge at IDR 150,000++
  • Maximum capacity of extra-bed and baby cot in a room is only one item
  • The type of extra-bed or baby cot is upon request and subject to availability
  • Babysitting service can be arranged on request (surcharge)
  • Supplement will not be calculated automatically in the hotel cost and have to be separately paid in the hotel

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

GUEST REGISTRATION

  • As part of the local requirements, all villas guests/hires in Indonesia need to be registered with the local authorities within 24 hours of arrival at their destination. This is a very simple procedure and involves the following:
    1. The Villa Staff will take a photocopy of each guest's passport shortly after arrival at the villa.
    2. A registration form will need to be filled out & signed by each guest
    3. These papers will then be taken to the immediate village registration office/police office

EVENTS AND PARTIES

  • In general, all bookings done by guests/hirers are assumed to be for normal holiday purposes only, and the Guest agrees that the use of the Property will be limited to this purpose unless otherwise confirmed in writing. The guests/hirers should be aware that these are private villas located in residential neighborhoods and, as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated.
  • If the Guest/hirer intend to arrange an event, such as a wedding or party, which involves having a larger number of people at the Property, or if the Guest is planning to use the Property for a purpose other than holiday, please do communicate this case to Seminyak Star Villas Management in advance due to there is a special approval or arrangements may be required. If the Management has confirmed a booking for the event/party at the Guest’s chosen Property, in certain circumstances the Guest/hirer must then obtain permits from the district police and the local community in Bali before the event can proceed.

DAMAGE, BREAKAGES OR LOSES

  • Guest/hirer responsible for looking after the property properly, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. The Guest/hirer responsible for any damage to the villa property or for any extra charges incurred. The Management/owner of property will please ask you to settle all outstanding payments or damage repayment before departure.

INSURANCE

  • We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, include evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft cancellation and other travel contingencies. We also strongly recommend the guest/hirer represents and warrants that it and all members of the Party have sufficient travel insurance, medical /health insurance cover, personal injury and personal liability insurance for the duration of their stay at the property.

RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Please note that the Seminyak Star Villas Management/Owner of property is not responsible for any loss or damage to the personal belongings, car, and its contents of the hirer or any member of the party during stay in the property. No responsibility will be accepted for dissatisfaction, loss or injury relating to bookings made through any third party vendor referred by the agency including but not limited to event co-ordinations, tour operators and other service providers
  2. The Management/Owner of the property may organize transportation for the Client or the Party. Transportation is supplied by providers who operate independently of the Website and/or the Management. The Management shall not be liable for property loss or damages, injury, accidents, death, delay, cancellation or irregularity occurring during such transportation, including, but not limited to, damages which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle, ferry, or aircraft or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying the Clients or its Party.
  3. The Client acknowledges that the use of the some facilities, including but not limited to the swimming pool, terraces and stairs, and of furnishings and appliances, particularly those in the kitchen and bathroom (the “Facilities”), may prove dangerous. The Client and the members of the Party are fully responsible for taking all precautions before using the Facilities. The Company shall not be held liable for any death or injury arising out of or in connection with the use of the Facilities
  4. The Management/Owner of the property will not accept responsibility for liability . We cannot pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by ’FORCE MAJEUR”. In these Terms and Conditions of Hire, ‘’FORCE MAJEUR” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorist activities, quarantine, epidemics, inclement weather, flooding, disturbance or noise coming from outside of the property such as private or public construction, traffic, animals or neighbors.
  5. Properties in Bali-Indonesia are generally located in quiet residential neighborhoods. The Guest /hirer is asked to respect this, and ensure that all guests and visitors to the Property behave appropriately. Should any guest(s) or visitor(s) not behave in a suitable manner, the Management/Owner in their absolute discretion, require the Guest, their party and/or visitor(s) to leave the premises and/or vacate the Property immediately, without compensation or refund
  6. Any criminal cases, and or Illegal or immoral activities such as gambling, prostitution, illegal/prohibited drugs, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons are all strictly prohibited. Smoking is generally prohibited unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation or reservation voucher.
  7. In the interests of safety, due care should be taken at the Property at all times, especially with children. Suitable supervision should be given around pools, beaches and roads, and when using all Property’s facilities.

COMPLAIN

  • During the guest/hirer’s stay, if you find any problems or have complaints concerning with the facilities and services in the property, please immediately contact to Seminyak Star Villa Management
  • If no complaint is reported during the Rental Period, Seminyak Star Villas Management will assume that the Property was to the Guest’s satisfaction and no complaint will be entertained

LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • Seminyak Star Villas Management acts solely as an intermediary booking agent & Management on behalf of the property owners. The rental contract is ultimately between the Management/ property owner and the hirer. Any disputes arising from the hire of the property will be resolved between the hirer and the Management/owner. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to which both parties expressly submit.

The Villa management reserves the rights to amend the above terms & conditions at any times without prior notice
